Global Soccer Development is returning to Temecula for the second year in a row after a hugely popular ID Camp last summer. This year’s first tryout will be held at Birdsall Sports Park February 14 and is open to all Southern California players. Last year’s event brought in players from San Diego County to Ventura County and from 24 different clubs. The tryout is for boys in age groups 2002 to 2009 and girls 2002 to 2004.
The sessions will be run by by the charismatic Eddie Loewen, who has more than 25 years of combined experience as a professional player, FIFA and CONCACAF Instructor, and coach at all levels.
